The short version

FreshFold Laundry runs this website to explain our laundry pickup and delivery service and to help you schedule a pickup. We collect as little as we can, and we use it to answer you and to run the service.

What this website collects

• Messages you send us. If you use a contact or commercial inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you enter, plus your business name if you give one. We use these to reply to you.
• Basic usage information. We may measure how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. These measurements do not include your name, address, phone number, email or anything you type into a form. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this measurement is switched off for you.

The price estimator on this site runs in your browser. The weight you enter is not saved.

Scheduling and payment

When you choose to schedule a pickup, you leave this website and continue on our online ordering platform, which is operated by Cents. Your account, address, order and payment details are entered there, not here, and are handled under the Cents privacy policy. This website never sees or stores your card details.

Text messages

If you place an order, we use the mobile number on your account to send texts about that order, such as when your driver is on the way and when your laundry has been delivered.
