The things first-timers ask us most.
How does FreshFold pickup and delivery work?
Schedule a pickup online, bag your laundry and leave it in your pickup spot. On pickup day we text you when your driver is on the way. We wash, dry and fold everything, then bring it back to your door within 48 hours and text you when it has been delivered.
What should I put my laundry in?
Any bag works for your first pickup: a laundry bag, a tote, even a clean trash bag. Tie it closed and leave it where you told us to look.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Most pickups and deliveries are contact-free. Leave your bag on the porch, or wherever your pickup instructions say, and we handle the rest. You get a text when your driver is on the way and another when your laundry is back.
How much does laundry service cost?
Wash, dry and fold is $2.40 per pound, with pickup and delivery included. Larger pieces such as comforters are priced per item, and a few optional extras cost more. Everything is laid out on our Services & Pricing page, along with a quick estimator.
Is pickup and delivery included?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are included in the $2.40 per pound wash-and-fold price for online orders in our service area. There is no separate delivery fee.
How long does laundry take?
Standard wash-and-fold orders are back at your door within 48 hours of pickup. If you need something sooner, contact us before you schedule and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I schedule recurring pickups?
Yes: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Turn on "Make Order Recurring" when you schedule and you save 5% on recurring orders. Every two weeks is the most popular rhythm.
Do you offer hypoallergenic detergent?
Yes, it is our default. We wash with All Free & Clear, a hypoallergenic detergent. If you would rather we use something else, send your detergent along with your laundry and add a note to your order.
