Your first order takes just a few minutes to set up. After that, laundry gets very easy.

Schedule your pickup
Tap Schedule Pickup and start your order online, whenever it suits you. No phone call needed.

Tell us about you
Add your name, mobile number and address, plus any laundry preferences or pickup notes: your detergent, what should be hung, where the bag will be.
Set it up once. It stays with your account.

Choose your pickup day
Pick an available date and pickup window. The days on offer depend on your address, because we run different routes on different days.
- Step 4
Bag up your laundry
Any bag is fine for your first pickup. Leave it in the spot you told us about. The porch is perfect, and you do not need to be home.

We text you
On pickup day you get a text when your driver is on the way, so you are never left wondering.
- Step 6
We wash, dry and fold
Your laundry is washed and dried the way you asked, then folded neatly so it is ready to put straight away.
- Step 7
Fresh. Clean. Folded.
Within 48 hours your laundry is back at your door, and we text you when it has been delivered.

What should I put my laundry in?
Any bag works for your first pickup: a laundry bag, a tote, even a clean trash bag. Tie it closed and leave it where you told us to look.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Most pickups and deliveries are contact-free. Leave your bag on the porch, or wherever your pickup instructions say, and we handle the rest. You get a text when your driver is on the way and another when your laundry is back.
What happens if I have special laundry instructions?
Tell us and we follow them. Save your standing preferences with your account so they are there every time, and use the order notes for anything specific to this pickup. If an item needs unusual care, bag it separately and say so in your notes.
How long does laundry take?
Standard wash-and-fold orders are back at your door within 48 hours of pickup. If you need something sooner, contact us before you schedule and we will tell you what is possible.
What happens if I need to change an order?
